Job Description

:

• 3d routing & packaging
• Expertise in CATIA V5 Electrical for 3d wiring harness routing
• Extensive design experience of Electri cal routing & packaging
• Expertise of Electrical components packaging and integration (Bracket design) Clash analysis, DMU
• Exp ertise in design of clamps, brackets, panels, grommets, seals, fuse box & channels for wiring harness at desired locations.oKnowle dge of DFMEAoKnowledge of Info fitment drawing preparation.
• Selection of proper retention items (e.g. retention clips, cable tie s, etc.) while 3D model routing.
• Selection of harness coverings (e.g. conduit, tape, premium sleeving, etc.) based on 3D model rou ting and packaging and surrounding geometry.
• Release in PLMoECN management.
