Provides preliminary sketches of design ideas for approval.₹

₹ Prepares design modifications from provided sketches and data.₹ ₹

Mechanical part design.₹

₹ Producing designs for both Internal/External Tool projects involving customers in the design process.₹

₹ Analyse and study the tool.₹

₹ Evaluation for the Quotations of the tool.₹

₹ Works confidentially and keep files in order.₹

₹ Ensure the safety of operator, technician and any other members affected during operation or maintenance.₹

₹ Perform other functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior, department or section manager or head.₹ ₹ Do the Wire-cut Program for Die's.₹

₹ New Product tool design of 2D & 3D.₹ ₹ To make 3D design in Solid works for VMC work in Die's.

₹ Performed structural analysis and design steel fabrication

.₹ ₹ Accomplishing new products design, design modification, material replacement.₹

₹ Support NPD Manager and Product Manager in new development activities.₹

₹ Responsible for mechanical design, CAD model development with Solid works, and engineering drawing of Blind Rivets tooling.₹

₹ To analyse reverse engineering drawings of tooling.₹

₹ To make drawings via reverse engineering. ₹

₹ Submission of CAD models for customer approval including material section and product weight calculation.₹

₹ Guiding and supporting the service team in VMC, CNC, Wire Cutting, EDM Sparking machineries.₹

₹ Provided design sketches and supervises, coordinates and review the work of drafting. ₹

₹ Making SOP as per organization documents.₹

₹ Continuous improvements through making KAZIEN activity etc.₹

₹ Standard documents updating like ECN, TCN, Controlled copy of product and tooling drawings.
