Furniture & Joinery Drafting
Prepare
detailed furniture and joinery drawings
for villas and commercial interiors.
Create
shop drawings
with dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, and fixing details.
Coordinate with
factory/production teams
to ensure execution accuracy.
Revise drawings based on mock-ups, samples, and site feedback.
Site & Execution Support
Provide technical drawing support to
site teams and project managers
.
Resolve drawing-related queries during execution.
Conduct site visits to verify measurements and implementation feasibility.
Maintain drawing versions, logs, and documentation records.
Software & Technical Skills
AutoCAD - Mandatory
Revit / BIM knowledge - Preferred
Working knowledge of
SketchUp / 3Ds Max

Strong understanding of
MEP systems
, architectural construction, and furniture detailing
Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOQs, and design intent

Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in
