Job Description

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or architecture
Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(2D drafting & detailing) - mandatory
Working knowledge of

SketchUp

for 3D modeling and visualization
Strong skills in

MS Excel

Google Sheets

(BOQs, area calculations, data handling)
Ability to create impactful presentations using

MS PowerPoint

Solid understanding of building layouts, elevations, and site planning
Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in drafting
Strong team player - able to coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers
Familiarity with local building regulations and design standards is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 01/08/2025
