Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant Engineering discipline. Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD tools and design software. Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, materials, and manufacturing processes. Experience with FEA/CFD tools is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, R&D, quality assurance, and procurement to ensure design feasibility and efficiency. Conduct design reviews, simulations, and prototype evaluations. Modify and revise designs based on testing results, feedback, or changes in requirements. Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Prepare technical documentation, including engineering change requests, bills of materials (BOM), and user manuals. Support product lifecycle from concept through production and end-of-life. Identify and troubleshoot technical design issues in a timely manner.
