Role Overview

We are looking for a

Design Draftsman

to support

full-house, turnkey luxury interior projects

. The role involves translating design concepts into accurate, execution-ready drawings while coordinating with design, sales, and execution teams to maintain premium quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

2D and basic 3D drawings

for

full-house turnkey residential interiors

Draft detailed drawings for

wardrobes, kitchens, partitions, and custom furniture

Convert concept designs into

production-ready technical drawings

Take

site measurements

and update drawings based on execution needs Coordinate with

designers, vendors, and manufacturing teams

Maintain and organize

drawing files, revisions, and standard templates

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in

Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering

or related field Minimum

6 months of drafting experience

in residential or luxury interiors Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory) Knowledge of

SketchUp / 3ds Max

is an advantage Good attention to detail and basic visualization skills Clear communication and coordination ability
