About the Role

We are seeking a skilled

Design & Drafting Engineer

with a diploma in design and drafting, along with hands-on experience in measuring high-precision engineering components. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks) and capable of producing accurate technical drawings and 3D models to support our precision manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain detailed

2D drawings and 3D models

for high-precision components. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure accuracy in design. Perform

precision measurement and inspection

of engineering components using tools such as micrometers, calipers, CMMs, and other metrology equipment. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturability of designs. Prepare and maintain

documentation, and revision records

. Ensure compliance with

quality standards and tolerance requirements

. Provide technical input and design support during prototype and production stages.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma in

Design & Drafting / Mechanical Engineering / Tool Design

(or equivalent). Proven experience in

measuring high-precision engineering components

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software

. Strong knowledge of

GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

. Hands-on experience with

measurement tools and equipment

. Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to

manufacturing processes

(machining, tooling, CNC). Knowledge of

ISO / ASME standards

for drafting and tolerancing. Experience in preparing

technical reports and documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
