Job Description

Preparation of design and construction documentation as necessary. This involves layout drawings, architectural working drawings, detailed drawings, drawings for approval and all other relevant documentation Preparation of Detailed Abstract Estimate and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Visit project sites and undertake supervision of on-site works to collect all relevant data and measurements to enable a full working drawing. Should have thorough knowledge of Building Standards and Regulations, Electrical, MEP, HVAC and Fire Safety Regulations. Should have good communication skills. Responsible for establishing and maintaining structured AutoCAD drawings. Assist with 3D modelling as and when required.
