Role Summary:

Responsible for Linear & Rotary Control Valve Design (Trim Parts, Actuator & Accessory Mounting Design)

Responsibilities:

Prior Experience in Designing, Modelling & Detailed drawing, Valves Automation Design is preferable.

Conversant with various design and FEA tools like Solid Works and ANSYS.

Knowledge in International Standards like ASME B16.34, ASME B16.5, ASME Y14.5, EN

Proficient in Mechanical Engineering core subjects. Computer-Aided-Design (2D&3D). Geometric

dimensioning and tolerancing.


Ability to understand and Analyse any technical concept.

Ability to analyse and Provide solutions to technical issues.

Preparing Technical Documents like standard operating procedure (SOP), Assembly procedure

and installation and operation manual (IOM).


Knowledge about Pneumatic Accessories and Linear Actuators.

Knowledge in BOM through ERP systems such as Oralcle P11i, SAP

10.Knowledge about different ASTM Material grade is preferable
Knowledge in GAD and Cross Section Drawings.

Requirements:

Design Software: Solidworks 2016, AutoCAD, Ansys, Creo (PRO-E)

ERP Software: Oracle P11i, SAP or Any

PDM Software: Windchill or Any

BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent

Minimum 2 to 4 Years of experience in relevant domain.
