Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle day-to-day design and documentation activities (DQ, IQ, OQ, Validation, Operating Manuals, etc.) Prepare AutoCAD 2D Drawings (GA, Layouts, Part Drawings) Use measuring instruments and have basic knowledge of standard mechanical components Create detailed 2D & 3D CAD / SolidWorks / Solid Edge models and drawings Conduct design reviews and make revisions based on feedback and testing results Prepare and maintain accurate documentation - design specs, drawings, and user manuals Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective. Set design direction and standards for manufacturing equipment and processes Design and develop manufacturing equipment, including machinery and tooling Ensure equipment meets safety, quality, and productivity requirements Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing operations and develop solutions

REQUISITE SKILLS:

Proficient in AUTOCAD/SOLIDWORKS/SOLID EDGE software Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Accurate and strong attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office and popular design software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in design engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or relevant field Software: AUTOCAD/SOLIDWORKS/SOLID EDGE Experience - 8+ years
