Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute interior design concepts aligned with brand and project vision
• Coordinate with international and local interior design consultants
• Oversee preparation and review of CAD drawings, presentations, and SketchUp models
• Manage FF&E selections, specifications, and schedules within approved budgets
• Liaise with Marketing and Sales teams for design inputs to brochures and collaterals
• Coordinate with visualizers to ensure accurate and consistent design outputs
• Supervise execution of interiors at experience centres, sales offices, and show flats
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, finish, and design adherence
• Identify and address material deterioration and execution issues on site
• Manage supplier interactions, quotations, BOQs, and cost comparisons
• Coordinate logistics and transportation of interior materials and FF&E
• Liaise with on-site trades such as painters, wallpaper installers, and landscapers
• Ensure experience centres are delivered on time as per project milestones
• Coordinate with administration teams on design documentation and approvals
• Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and finishes
