Posi on: Design & Cost Es ma on Engineer / Manager1. Educa on & Technical Background

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Produc on Engineering (mandatory).

B.E./B.Tech /M.E./M.Tech preferred for Managerial role.

Strong fundamentals in machine design, material handling equipment, conveyors,cranes, automa on systems (as per company's core offerings).

Knowledge of CAD tools: AutoCAD, SolidWorks/Inventor, or similar.

Familiar with ERP or Similar /Excel cos ng templates for BOM & es ma on.2. Work Experience

Engineer Level: 2-5 years in design and cost es ma on in industrialmachinery/equipment sector.

Manager Level: 8-15 years with proven experience in leading design & cos ngteams.

Prior exposure to material handling equipment, pharma, chemical, food, packaging,or logis cs industries is highly valuable.3. Core Skills

Design Engineeringo Ability to create 2D/3D models, assembly drawings, GA drawings, andmanufacturing details.o Knowledge of standards (IS, DIN, ISO, OSHA) for safety and compliance.o Understanding of mechanical drives, structural frames,pneuma cs/hydraulics, automa on basics.

Cost Es ma ono Prepara on of Bill of Materials (BOM).o Knowledge of raw material grades (MS, SS, Aluminum), fabrica on,machining, and bought-out components (gearboxes, motors, bearings, PLCs).o Ability to es mate man-hours, fabrica on, machining, assembly, andinstalla on costs. o Supplier/vendor interac on for quotes and cost benchmarking.

Project Understandingo Reading RFQs, technical specifica ons, and preparing techno-commercialproposals.o Op mizing designs for cost-effec veness without compromising quality.o Familiar with CAPEX/OPEX calcula ons, ROI analysis, and lifecycle cos ng.4. Behavioral & Leadership Quali es

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
