Position : DESIGN COORDINATOR (MUMBAI)

Designation : AGM/DGM/GM

Job Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10 - 15 Years (Minimum 5+ years in Design Coordination / Project Management - Residential or Design & Build Projects)

Salary: 10-20%+ on your Current CTC (as per experience & industry standards )

Qualification: BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / PG in Construction Management

Key Responsibilities:

Review and understand tender documents, BOQ, and project scope

Coordinate with Architects, MEP, BIM, QAQC, and EHS teams for project design

Prepare and review design proposals, estimates, and cost analysis

Handle client discussions, presentations, and value engineering

Maintain documentation as per IMS processes and EHS standards

Skills Required: AutoCAD, BIM, MS Office, Design Coordination, Estimation, Project Management
