As a telecaller, your role is to: - Call leads and engage them. - Create a WhatsApp group with the lead and the designer. - Set up a design meeting with the designer. - Your role ends when the first meeting happens and you transfer the lead to the sales team. Using Privyr CRM The Basics - New leads arrive automatically on Privyr.com or on the privyr app - Initiate calls directly from Privyr app - Use standard messaging templates on Privyr for initiating WhatsApp conversations. - Ensure all manual replies are free of spelling mistakes. Lead Management - Groups represent the current stage of the customer in the sales process and help determine the next step. - Add every contacted lead to a group: either "Qualified Lead" or "Junk" once contacted. - Maintain a complete history of conversations for each lead. - Every lead must have a follow-up date set in the future. - Ensure there are zero expired follow-ups in Privyr at all times. - A lead is either new or has a follow-up date. Handling Unreachable Leads - If a lead is unreachable, set a follow-up date for the next day. - Record the history as "unreachable."
