Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team across multiple projects.
Set clear design directions aligned with Studio Andem's design philosophy and visual language.
Review concepts, drawings, presentations, and 3D visuals to ensure quality and consistency.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance design culture.
Design Direction & Knowledge Building
Define, introduce, and actively teach Studio Andem's design style and approach.
Encourage design research, material exploration, and precedent studies.
Stay updated with global design trends, materials, technologies, and methodologies.
Experiment, challenge conventions, and push creative boundaries responsibly.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with operations teams to align design intent with timelines, budgets, and execution.
Coordinate between design teams, site teams, consultants, and management.
Participate in internal design reviews, discussions, and project planning meetings.
Project Oversight
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design vision and deadlines.
Support resolution of design-related challenges during execution stages.
Ensure design quality is maintained through all project phases.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Design:
B.Arch / M.Arch / B.Des / M.Des
, or
equivalent industry experience in a similar leadership or coordination role.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong design thinking and conceptual development skills.
Excellent visual sensibility and spatial design understanding.
Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams.
Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Ability to balance creativity with practical execution constraints.
