Min 5-8 years of experience In design management, design coordination in commercial, retail, educational project(highly preferred). Experience in client based organisation is advantage.
Role Summary:
Responsible for coordinating between internal teams and external consultants, supporting design development, managing project documents, and ensuring on-site execution aligns with the design intent.
Tasks include reviewing drawings, conducting site visits, resolving design issues, preparing reports, and managing schedules and budgets.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD, strong architectural knowledge, effective communication, problem-solving ability, and solid organizational skills.
Prior experience in project coordination, design development, and construction documentation is essential.
