We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Design Coordinator

to support our interior design team in managing projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a design background, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

oordinate between designers, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in preparing mood boards, material samples, presentations, and design documentation. Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Schedule and attend site visits, client meetings, and design reviews. Maintain updated project documentation, drawings, and revisions. Support in procurement and follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials. Assist in quality checks on-site during project execution. Collaborate with design and technical teams to resolve any design-related issues.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
