:

Co-ordinate all the BOMs (Structure & BOM attributes) managed by the Business Unit in relation with other departments if necessary Change Management - Co-ordination ECO - Engineering Change or Creation Order Manage ECO coming from PCR/PMR/Project/Design Change/Manufacturing need/U1 to local the team. Business Unit. Initiate/Manage/Monitor all phases of change (Action plan) until the application of the ECO in the Business Unit For the Change Order, check the actions done by the other departments are done to ensure the Quality approval and the stock depletion Management. ECR - Engineering Change Request Enter/Monitor/Follow the ECR submitted by the Business Unit Notify the Local Team Analyze/describe the impacts of the ECR allocated to the Business Unit in relation with the appropriate parties and departments and vote the BU position OR participate to the review of the ECR Impacts Analysis Coordination - Management transverse Mode Coordinate in relation with the appropriate parties and departments action plans/meetings to manage the implementation of the change (ECR/ECO). Design Support & Development Creo drawings management in PHPVT to manage all the subjective version changes and creation of new MET drawings for the local sourcing needs as on time Drawing development support for all local tooling's and fixture needs.
