Job Purpose:

To curate range & strategy for the season in collaboration with the buying team. To build right products which suit the customer & Brand profile. Maximize full price sell through of curated product. To deliver in-season actions that maximize sales and profit opportunities

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

To design detailed range of products to be offered each quarter. Critical Path to follow diligently as per agreed timeline. Range presentation to sign off the with Buying Team. Tech packs & Product sketch creation. Development tracker update & Follow up. Rack sample / PP / Development sample review and share comments. Reading through top seller data & curating range accordingly. Localization gaps presentation to Internal & external stakeholder stake holder. Coordinating with Sourcing team to deliver right product. MD presentation/ Seasonal presentation / Quarterlies Visuals. Buyer Seller Seasonal launch training deck creation. Store training deck preparation & Product knowledge questionnaire. Market intel & Visits. Maintaining awareness of competition's product offer Planning, optimizing and Unique Order closures / Final Production product closures with MSI

Key required:

Local product development to address local requirements, gaps in the offer. Product designed to plan. Product delivered to critical path Managing the Design Process Plan to develop product fit to brand handwriting, Fit in Margin, Seasonal balancing.
