Understand customer requirements and guide them in selecting suitable fabrics for upholstery, curtains, and other applications.
Offer expert advice on colour combinations, textures, and trends.
Sales & Cross-Selling:
Achieve sales targets for fabrics and related categories.
Proactively cross-sell wallpapers, paints, and textures to create complete decor solutions.
Customer Experience:
Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Interior Design, Textile Design, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 1-2 years in fabric retail, home decor, or interior solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Knowledge of textures, home styling trends.
