Strong conceptual, design and graphic skills Experience with technical detailing, construction documentation & construction administration Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking Exposure to management and coordination of project stakeholders, local authorities and approving bodies, and sub-consultants Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project Experience using Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, Vray, and Adobe Suite Appetite to create speedy workflows using and integrating AI tools and knowledge Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines The ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in response to direction from managers/seniors Great interpersonal and communication skills A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working

Required skills and experience:

Professional qualification as an Architect or an equivalent overseas qualification 6 months plus post qualification experience as an Architect/Designer 0-1 years of professional work experience Proficiency with Rhino is preferred Excellent communication skills, and fluency in English/Hindi - spoken and written AI experience is a plus

This is a full-time position based out of Freeform's office. Working together and collaborating in the same space is integral to our culture, so all our staff are expected to work from the office every day.

Salary will be subject to experience and qualifications. Relevant applicants will be interviewed on an on-going basis, as we are seeking to fill this vacancy as soon as possible.
