Job Description

Design & Conceptualization :

Lead the creative direction for interior projects across retail, F&B, and workspace domains.

Develop strong concept narratives, spatial experiences, and design strategies aligned with client

vision and brand ethos.

Prepare compelling MS PowerPoint design presentations with mood imagery, design concepts,

and visualization integration.

Use AI-driven design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Veras, Spacemaker, Firefly) for ideation,

visualization, and optimization.

Stay ahead of evolving market design trends, materials, and user experience expectations.

High awareness on the Cost of the finishes and Material used in the Design for both Interiors and

Exteriors of the building.

High ability to close the Design and choose an appropriate material that fits in the Clients budget

when that is set as a requirement keeping the Design, Look and feel intact.

Technical & Detailing :

Translate design intent into technically sound working drawings, details, and construction

documents.

Hands-on working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and other design applications.

Review and coordinate MEP, structural, and fire-fighting drawings, ensuring seamless integration

with design.

Maintain design integrity through documentation, quality checks, and on-site coordination.

Execution & Coordination :

Involve in site visits, technical discussions, and material selections to ensure design intent is

realized.

Work closely with project management teams to align design goals with execution schedules.

Coordinate value engineering exercises while maintaining design quality. Be travel-ready for outstation reviews, site coordination, or client interactions as required.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Strong creative and conceptual design ability with market-aligned awareness.

Excellent sense of form, proportion, materials, and detailing.

Fluency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, PowerPoint.

Exposure and working knowledge of AI-based visualization and automation tools.

Solid understanding of construction techniques, joinery detailing, and latest materials.

Working knowledge of MEP, structural, and fire safety systems.

Effective leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple fast track projects simultaneously with composure and focus.

Good communication skills in languages like English, Hindi,
