Job description & expectations -

The candidate must have 4-7 years' experience of Architectural Design of Residential, Commercial & Hospital Buildings. He / She should have knowledge of latest NBC, Statutory regulations and design Codes related to Architectural design & space planning. Preparation of Concept design options & Finalization of the same with client. Will be responsible for preparation of detailed / GFC architectural drawings. Preparation of Architectural BOQs, Area calculations and specifications. Good knowledge of BIM & AutoCAD Conversant with interdisciplinary & site coordination Should have good practical knowledge of site construction activity especially Finishes. The candidate should have good verbal & written communication skills. * The candidate should have innovative & positive mindset.
