Design and Production support Executive :

Responsibilities:

Design & Development

: Research new products, create blueprints, models, and technical drawings using CAD/CAE software (like Revit, AutoCAD).

Prototyping & Testing

: Build and test prototypes, conducting stress, load, and usability tests, then modify designs based on results.

Collaboration

: Work with R&D, production, clients, and management to define requirements and integrate feedback.

Documentation

: Maintain detailed records, create technical documentation, and prepare progress reports.

Cost & Efficiency

: Evaluate production costs, timelines, materials, and identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Compliance

: Ensure all designs meet industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.

Production Planning & Scheduling:

Develop and implement production plans, create schedules, and assign tasks to meet targets.

Team & Resource Management:

Supervise, train, and motivate staff; coordinate equipment and resources.

Quality & Efficiency:

Implement quality control, monitor performance, and drive process improvements for better productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Budget & Cost Control:

Manage departmental budgets and monitor spending.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve production issues like material shortages or equipment malfunctions.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Reporting & Communication:

Generate reports, analyze data, and liaise with other departments (e.g., procurement, engineering, sales).
