Dermatologist at Multispecility Hospital Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh Salary Range: INR 1.5 lacs/month -4.0 lacs/month | Experience: Min 1-5+ years | Industry - Hospitals and Health Care We are looking for a Board-Certified Dermatologist for with Min 1-3 years of experience in diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases or other conditions of the skin for their Multispeciality Hospital - Mother & Child Care in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate must be able to treat patients with various skin conditions, ranging from acute to chronic, benign to malignant, and have experience using diagnostic techniques to identify diseases and implement appropriate treatments. The candidate must be a leader who can collaborate well with other staff to improve patient outcomes, empha educating patients on preventive care techniques, and communicate important health information effectively and compassionately. The candidate should have experience working with patients of different ages, ethnicities, and cultures. Role and Responsibilities: 1. Conduct thorough skin examinations and record patients\' health histories. 2. Diagnose and treat pigmented lesions such as common acquired nevi, congenital nevi, dysplastic nevi, Spitz nevi, blue nevi, melanoma, and skin conditions such as acne, dandruff, athletes\' foot, moles, psoriasis, and skin cancer. 3. Counsel patients on topics such as the need for annual dermatologic screenings, sun protection, skin cancer awareness, or skin and lymph node self-examinations. 4. Perform incisional biopsies to diagnose melanoma and skin surgeries to improve appearance, make early diagnoses, or to control diseases such as skin cancer. 5. Prescribe hormonal agents or topical treatments such as contraceptives, spironolactone, antiandrogens, oral corticosteroids, retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, and antibiotics. Provide therapies such as intralesional steroids, chemical peels, and comodo removal to treat age spots, sun damage, rough skin, discolored skin, or oily skin. 6. Be proficient with dermatological tools such as comedone extractors, lancet extractors, and cryogens. 7. Recommend diagnostic tests based on patients\' histories and physical examination findings. 8. Evaluate patients to determine eligibility for cosmetic procedures such as liposuction, laser resurfacing, and microdermabrasion, and perform procedures as required. Refer patients to other specialists as needed. 9. Read current literature, talk with colleagues, and participate in professional organizations or conferences to keep abreast of developments in dermatology. Education Requirement: The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications: 1. Master\'s degree in Dermatology (preferred) 2. Successful completion of medical internship and medical residency at an accredited medical facility. 3. Registration and Qualification: Applicants must be fully registered as Dermatologist [Board-Certified] Skills Requirement: The following skills and abilities are required for this position: 1. Professionalism, with excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and colleagues. 2. Proficiency in using advanced treatment methods that are best in the industry. 3. Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, software programs used for documentation and report generation.
