. The ideal candidate will expertly combine clinical dermatology with aesthetic cosmetology, delivering advanced skin, hair, and anti-aging treatments. The role requires a balance of scientific expertise, aesthetic precision, patient care excellence, and adherence to clinic protocols to ensure superior results and patient satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties:

Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatological conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, pigmentation disorders, and hair & nail diseases. Perform cosmetic dermatology procedures such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, PRP therapy, Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation services. Conduct non-invasive aesthetic procedures ensuring patient comfort, safety, and optimal clinical outcomes. Maintain detailed, accurate, and updated medical records for every patient. Provide individualized treatment plans and structured follow-up schedules.

Cosmetology & Aesthetic Services:

Assess skin types and concerns, recommending evidence-based skincare and treatment plans. Perform aesthetic procedures with precision, artistry, and adherence to safety standards. Educate patients on post-procedure care, maintenance, and long-term skin health.

Patient Care & Communication:

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with professionalism and empathy. Counsel patients on preventive skincare, anti-aging strategies, and lifestyle recommendations. Address patient queries regarding treatment options, procedures, expectations, and outcomes.

Administrative & Compliance Duties:

Follow all clinic protocols, safety regulations, and ethical standards consistently. Ensure proper documentation of procedures, treatment details, and informed consent forms. Work collaboratively with the clinic team to maintain seamless workflow and patient management. Participate in internal training, workshops, and continuous professional development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBBS with MD/DNB in Dermatology or an equivalent recognized qualification. Additional certifications/diploma in Cosmetology or Aesthetic Medicine is advantageous. Proven clinical experience in dermatology and cosmetic/aesthetic procedures. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-handling skills. Passionate about skincare, aesthetic transformation, and continuous learning.
