Eligibility : LSS Green Belt must(Black Belt Preferred) - Should be able to demonstrate experience in practical applicationof Lean Six Sigma techniques, Automation, etc Exposure and certificationsin Agile, Machine Learning, AI, Project Mgmt. would be an advantage Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills An eye for detail, analytical and data oriented withlogical problem solving approach Client and Stakeholder management skills Influencing Skills Program management skills - soft skills & networking Assertive & self driven with an attitude ofchallenging the status quo Ambitious or Goal oriented with a will to make it happen. Responsibilities: Conduct Thought leadership workshops and develop continuous improvement roadmapfor the associated client accounts. Effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders to lead & mentorProcess Improvement projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to delivertargeted Business value and productivity improvements. Build and develop competencies on Quality Management Systems, Lean Six Sigmaand digital transformation techniques. Drive innovation and automation projects to deliver award winning case studiesin internal and external forums. Drive effective No Surprise framework to ensure process risks are proactivelyidentified and mitigated for the associated client accounts
