Job Summary:

The Deputy for the Wearables Division will be responsible for driving overall business performance of the Wearables category, including sales growth, distribution expansion, team leadership, and market development. The role demands strong analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities to ensure consistent performance and profitability of the division.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Division Head in planning and executing business strategies for the Wearables segment. Manage sales operations, product promotions, and channel development across territories. Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities. Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance; ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth business operations. Drive distributor engagement, retailer activation, and field team performance. Oversee pricing strategies, incentive programs, and inventory control. Prepare and review periodic MIS reports and business reviews with management. Lead and motivate regional sales teams to deliver desired results. Support in launching new products, training sales teams, and ensuring market readiness.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Wearables / Smart Devices / Consumer Electronics industry. Proven leadership in sales, distribution, and channel management. Analytical mindset with strong business acumen. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / MBA preferred (Sales, Marketing, or Business Management). 8-12 years of experience in consumer electronics or wearable tech industry. Prior experience in handling regional or national-level business preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
