Role: Deputy Vice President - Enterprise Sales

TartanHQ is looking for a Deputy Vice President - Enterprise Sales to drive large-scale growth across strategic enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for a proven enterprise seller with a strong background in Insurance, Wealth Management platforms, or Lending (LN), who thrives in closing high-value consultative deals and building long-term CXO relationships.

What You'll Do

Own Enterprise Growth:Identify, pursue, and win new accounts across Insurance, WealthTech, and Lending ecosystems, while expanding strategic relationships.

Close Strategic Deals:Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles ($100K+) with multiple stakeholders using a consultative, value-based selling approach.

Pipeline Discipline:Manage CRM rigorously, ensure accurate forecasting, and deliver predictable revenue growth.

CXO Engagement:Build trust-based relationships with C-level executives in BFSI, FinTechs, insurers, and wealth platforms to position TartanHQ as a transformation partner.

Market Voice:Provide client and market insights to influence product strategy and GTM initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Product, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption.

Brand Representation:Act as a TartanHQ evangelist at key industry forums, events, and executive briefings.

What We're Looking For

Enterprise SaaS & Domain Experience:9-12+ years of proven SaaS sales success in Insurance, WealthTech, Lending, or BFSI with strong client acquisition track record.

Strong Deal-Maker:Demonstrated success in winning multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with complex solutioning.

Data-Driven & Process-Oriented:Skilled in pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and structured sales methodology.

Strategic Builder:Experience setting up scalable enterprise sales frameworks in high-growth SaaS environments.

Executive Gravitas:Excellent communicator with the ability to influence CXOs, business leaders, and technical decision-makers.

Advantage:MBA or equivalent credentials, along with recognition in enterprise sales performance.

Preferred Traits

Business & technical fluency:Confident in conversations on integrations, APIs, compliance, and automation.

Curious & innovative:Passionate about emerging tech (AI, automation) to drive customer outcomes.
