Job Description

Role Accountability 1.Support in design and implementation of organizational rewards philosophy


2.Manage Job evalaution process


3.Responsible for Manpower planning & budgeting


4.Manage Org Structure & design


5.Design and ensure flawless implementation of increment framework- merit increase/promotion increase/salary correction etc


6.Manage end to end implementation of LTI & STI framework


7.Manage all HR documentation pertaining to board/NRC resolutions


8.Support in design, renewal and communication of HR policies


8.Liaison with HR consultants to gather market information around rewards linked practices


10.Implement salary benchmark surveys and design role/hiring ranges


11.Manage C&B operations, including VIC payouts, Compensation provisioning etc.


13.Manage timely onboarding, renewal and billing of all compensation vendors


14.Ensure and direct the department in resolving salary and other reimbursement related queries / concerns of employees on an ongoing basis


Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role) 1.Timely & accurate implementation of Increments


2.Timely & accurate implementation of LTI/STI programs


3.Timely & accurate implementation of compensation related HR Policies


4.Timely launch of salary benchmarking surveys


5.Initiatives undertaken to enhance the quality of compensation programs


6.Timely finalisation of pay ranges


7.Timely & accurate documentation of board/NRC resolutions


8.Planned vs actual headcount numbers and cost


9.Timely and accurate MIS/business reporting


10.Process adherence as per SOP


11.Implement errorfree manpower planning


12.Timely creation of Organization Structures


Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any) 1.Strong working knowledge of HR policies, processes & industry practices


2.Ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, create buy in and drive implementation


3.Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits, including emerging legislation


4.Understanding of Job Evaluation methodology(prefered)
