Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) . 2-3 years\' experience in Marketing concepts Campaign Automation and knowledge of marketing Channels - SMS Email and Digital Channels. . Proficient knowledge of campaign management tools -Responsys. . BFSI background is a must preferably credit card. . Knowledge of Campaign Evaluation Methods like - A/B testing Target-Control. . Drive new initiatives offers & consumer promo campaigns with alliances to scale up transaction & cross sell for Credit card. . Hands-on Knowledge of SQL/SAS 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) . Providing support to constantly changing sales process trainings and timely set up of processes 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) . Hourly sales tracking and take action to improve productivity in term of data analytics. 6.
