Project Details Project: Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor Project 3,A project of Indian Railway funded by World Bank

Brief Detail: Project Management Consulting services for construction of Single line Electrified (2X25 KV) Railway Track complete with Signalling & Telecommunication system and related infrastructure for Khurja- Pilkhani, section (Approx. 222 Route Kms) of Eastern Dedicated Freight corridor Project-3

Project Duration: 24 man month

Location Meerut, UP, India

Position Deputy Team Leader (Electrical)

Academic Qualification B. Tech/ Degree in Electrical / Electronic with preferably M. Tech / MBA

General Work Experience More than 20 Years

Experience in Railway/ Transportation / Infra structure projects More than 15 Years

Experience in similar position More then 5+ years

International Experience More than 5 years (Required : 5 years in International Experience with 2 Railway / Metro / any rail.. Railway Projects with modern technology)

Role & Responsibility :

- Overall In-charge for TSS, OHE, SCADA, TPSS of Slice 104

- Review Contract Documents

- Participate in Pre-Construction Conference

- Assist Team Leader in Administration of Contract

- Overall Review of Preliminary Design and Drawings and Definitive / Detailed Design and Drawings

- Supervision of Works / Inspection of Works

- Quality Control and Quality Assurance

- Measurement of Works

- Supervision of Integrated Testing and Commissioning and Trial Run for 100 Kmph Speed

- Monitoring Contractor\'s Payment Process

- Advice Contract Changes and Claims Management

- Ensure Implementation of Management and Management Information Systems

- Maintaining Asset Management System

- Participate Meetings and Coordination

- Preparing various Reports

- Preparation of Checklist for Training of DFC Personal during O&M

- Inspection during Defect Liability Period

- Keep Permanent Record of Correspondence

- Should be having in-depth knowledge and awareness of all relevant applicable codes and rules for the project.
