1) Ware house Operations: Supervise inward and outward movement of goods and coordinate stacking labling and pallet placement, Check and record cold room temperature,Maintain stock register/WMS Updates.
2) Staff supervision and allocation : Allocate duties and loaders,forklift operators ,helpers , Staff follows SOPs and hygiene standards
3) Monitor attendance and shift performance , Cold storage safety procedures , emergency exits are clear
4) Shift wise work allocation,
