Job Title: Deputy Manager - Sales

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Head

Experience Required: 2-7 years in B2B Sales, preferably in infrastructure, sports infra, construction materials, or turnkey project sales.

We specialize in turnkey projects for building world-class sports facilities including synthetic turf, athletic tracks, indoor/outdoor courts, and other high-performance sports surfaces and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across government, private, and institutional sectors in the Chennai and Tamil Nadu region.

Drive the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing deals.

Promote the company's sports infrastructure products and turnkey project services to decision-makers such as architects, builders, contractors, schools, colleges, sports clubs, and government bodies.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per the company's goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.

Stay updated on competitor activity, market trends, and upcoming infrastructure projects.

Coordinate with the project execution and technical teams to ensure smooth post-sales service and client satisfaction.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field (MBA is an advantage).

Proven track record of B2B or institutional sales, preferably in infrastructure or project-based industries.

Strong networking and client relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu as needed.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?60,000.00 per month
