The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling luxury apartments, strong connections with channel partners (CPs), and a background working with reputed builders or channel partner firms.Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell high-end residential properties.- Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners to drive consistent lead flow.- Conduct regular CP meetings, project briefings, and site visits.- Ensure lead generation through CP network and follow-up for lead conversions.- Assist clients with property selection, documentation, and closing formalities.- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and buyer expectations.Key Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling luxury apartments.- Strong network and engagement with Channel Partners.- Experience working with a real estate builder or a channel partner firm.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.- Willing to travel for meetings and site visits as required.Working Days6 days working- Working Timings : 11-7 (ref:updazz.com)
