Job Summary
We are seeking
Deputy Sales Managers
to drive mandate project sales for a reputed builder in East Bangalore. The role requires managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure, while ensuring smooth coordination between the builder and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
complete sales cycle
for the assigned project, from prospecting to deal closure.
Source and qualify leads through
digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and channel partners
.
Conduct
client meetings and site visits
, presenting project features, pricing, and payment plans.
Negotiate offers, assist clients with
booking, documentation, and financial processes
.
Work closely with the builder's
CRM and sales teams
for inventory, pricing, and project updates.
Track and monitor
sales performance
, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met.
Mentor and support
junior sales executives
where applicable.
Desired Candidate Profile
4-5 years of experience
in sales (real estate experience preferred).
Strong
negotiation and communication
skills with a customer-first approach.
Ability to handle
high-value transactions
and work under target-driven environments.
Familiarity with
Bangalore real estate market
(especially East Bangalore) is an advantage.
Should be open to working on
weekends and flexible hours
as per client visits.
Job Type: Permanent
