Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company goals.
Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to maximise performance.
Handle end-to-end sales processes - lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
Marketing & Business Development:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events to generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team for digital, print, and outdoor advertising initiatives.
Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
Support in developing marketing materials, project presentations, and sales collaterals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and after-sales support.
Manage customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth handover process.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
4-8 years of experience in real estate sales & marketing, preferably in residential/commercial projects.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer behavior, and pricing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and drive results.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel as required.
