Strategic Sales Planning
Develop and implement sales plans to meet/exceed targets, optimize pricing, and expand market share.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and evaluate a high-performing sales team--including regional managers, executives, and support staff.
End-to-End Sales Oversight
Manage the entire sales cycle--from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales support--ensuring streamlined processes.
Client & Channel Partnerships
Cultivate relationships with clients, brokers, investors, and channel partners to secure bulk deals and referrals.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Regularly research market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adjust strategies.
Budget & Financial Targets
Own revenue targets, forecast sales, and manage budgets--including commissions and marketing spend.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, finance, legal, and CRM teams to align efforts and optimize execution.
