Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-



Understand client challenges related to sales and business growth. Design and implement business growth strategies at client locations. Solve complex business problems to drive measurable results. Manage client relationships and collaborate with client teams. Ensure project success and high levels of client satisfaction. Learn and understand client products, services, features, and sales policies. Assist clients in setting sales targets and collaborate with marketing teams on strategy. Monitor sales performance, marketing metrics, and business trends (e.g., monthly sales rates). Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights. Travel to client sites as required.

Requirements / Qualifications



BBA / MBA / Any Bachelor's Degree. Strong strategic planning and visionary capabilities. Strong knowledge of sales processes (mandatory). Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Team handling & leadership skills. Strong research and analytical capabilities. High proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
