Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales Leadership: Drive sales across the retail channel, ensuring achievement of revenue and market share targets in the assigned region.
Channel Management: Develop, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers to ensure strong secondary and tertiary sales.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers / Territory Sales Officers to achieve sales objectives.
Market Development: Expand retail footprint by identifying and onboarding new retail outlets and distribution partners.
Retailer Engagement: Build strong relationships with retailers, contractors, plumbers, carpenters, and influencers to increase brand penetration.
Sales Strategy: Develop & implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Execution of Marketing Plans: Drive trade marketing, product visibility, and promotional activities in retail outlets.
Business Analysis: Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends to provide insights for decision-making.
Collections: Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
