Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated

Deputy Project Manager (Civil)

to assist in managing

residential high-rise projects

from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

execution, finishing, planning, and labour management

, with a solid background in working for a

Builder/Developer firm

. Candidates local to

Mohali, Chandigarh, or Panchkula

, or those with relevant experience in these locations, will be given preference.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Finishing Works

: Strong command over all types of finishing and quality control.

Execution

: Proven track record in ground-level project delivery.

Planning & Scheduling

: Ability to create, track, and update project timelines effectively.

Labor Handling

: Experience in managing a large workforce and multiple subcontractors.

Technical Coordination

: Sound knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP integration.

Communication

: Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.###

Requirements

Preferred Candidate:

Experience:

8-15 years in residential high-rise construction.

Builder/Developer Firm Experience

: Minimum 3-4 years.

Location

: Must be from or have worked in Mohali / Chandigarh / Panchkula for at least 2 years.

Education

: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
