Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

: Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.

Execution & Monitoring

: Oversee daily project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise.

Quality Control

: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

Stakeholder Communication

: Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.

Risk Management

: Identify potential risks to the project timeline or budget and develop mitigation strategies.

Documentation & Reporting

: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Team Leadership

: Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring effective teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience

: Minimum of 10+ years in civil engineering project management, with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Skills

: Proficiency in project management software, strong communication and leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of construction processes and regulations.
