Support overall project planning, scheduling, and execution for highway infrastructure.
Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Monitor progress against baseline schedules and report variances.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Assist in resolving technical issues, contract disputes, and on-site challenges.
Track project costs and budgets; ensure financial control and reporting.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure performance and standards.
Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
Liaise with government agencies for permissions, inspections, and approvals.
Act as acting Project Manager in the absence of the PM.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
8-12 years of relevant experience in highway construction/project management.
Experience with NHAI, MoRTH, or State PWD projects preferred.
Working knowledge of project management tools like MS Project/Primavera.
Familiarity with FIDIC / EPC contract management is an advantage
