civil engineering background in infrastructure projects (non-building)
such as roads, highways, bridges, utilities, pipelines, drainage systems, or similar. The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring efficient allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.
Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, technical specifications, and safety regulations.
Monitor progress and prepare progress reports for internal and client updates.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience
in infrastructure/civil projects (non-building), such as:
Roads & Highways
Bridges
Water Supply & Drainage Systems
Underground Utilities
Pipeline Networks
Proven experience in site-based roles and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project planning.
Familiarity with international construction standards and safety regulations.
