Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets and monitoring progress against these.

Team Leadership:

Managing and motivating project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Stakeholder Communication:

Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Resource Management:

Ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

Quality Control and Assurance:

Implementing quality control measures and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Safety Management:

Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.

Risk Management:

Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may arise during the project life cycle.

Financial Management:

Monitoring project costs, managing budgets, and ensuring cost-effective project delivery.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in civil engineering Fundamentals and project management.

Civil Engineering Expertise:

Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.

Contract Management:

Managing contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Reporting:

Preparing and presenting project reports to stakeholders.

Skills:

Client billing Drawing Reading and Documentation Auto CAD (2D & 3D) Building and Industrial Construction Site Knowledge MS Office

Qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech -Civil Engineering

Site Location:

Panvel and Khopoli,Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
