Administrative and management
Assist the Nursing Superintendent with administrative tasks and office work.
Help plan and organize nursing services.
Assist in creating master duty rosters and allocating staff.
Maintain confidential records and performance reports for nursing personnel.
Assist in staff recruitment and training.
Manage the inventory of supplies, equipment, and drugs, including arranging for condemnation of unserviceable items.
Staff supervision and development
Supervise and guide nursing staff, including Assistant Nursing Superintendents and Senior Nursing Officers.
Conduct regular rounds to ensure high-quality patient care and cleanliness.
Plan and implement orientation programs for new nursing staff.
Participate in in-service education and staff meetings.
Provide counseling and guidance to nursing staff and address their concerns.
Maintain discipline among the nursing personnel.
Patient care and coordination
Oversee patient care in assigned units and ensure the implementation of policies.
Liaise between senior nursing officials and the clinical team.
Attend meetings with senior management and participate in problem-solving.
Visit seriously ill patients and guide staff in their care.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
