Core Responsibilities

Nursing Administration

Supervise nursing care across departments through regular rounds. Act as a liaison between the Nursing Superintendent and nursing staff. Interpret and enforce nursing policies and procedures. Maintain attendance records, leave registers, and confidential staff reports. Assist in preparing master duty rosters and recruitment processes. Officiate in the absence of the Nursing Superintendent. Conduct physical verification of hospital stocks (drugs, equipment, linen). Attend official meetings and report ward activities to senior officials.

Patient Care

Evaluate care needs across units and plan nursing activities accordingly. Ensure quality and continuity of patient care in line with hospital policies. Receive and relay reports from night supervisors to the Nursing Superintendent.

Pay: ₹18,630.30 - ₹62,627.50 per month
