3-5 years (with 2-3 years in a supervisory role)
Qualification:
B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing with valid registration
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all nursing staff and patient care activities
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards
Prepare duty rosters and manage staffing needs
Conduct training, audits, and performance evaluations
Coordinate with clinical and admin teams for smooth operations
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and communication
Knowledge of NABH and patient care standards
Team management and problem-solving abilities
