Key Responsibilities :

Ensure clinical supervision and maintain high standards of patient care.*
Provide effective leadership and support sound decision-making processes.*
Manage staffing and optimize resource allocation.*
Foster coordination and clear communication among healthcare teams.*
Oversee emergency preparedness and respond to critical incidents efficiently.*
Offer staff supervision, training, and mentorship.*
Monitor adherence to Hospital Infection Control (HIC) practices.*
Handle administrative tasks and ensure timely reporting.*
Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.*
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold accountability standards.*

Expertise in clinical care and nursing protocols*

Proficient in staff scheduling and resource management*
Knowledge of hospital policies and accreditation standards (NABH/JCI)*

Ability to coordinate interdepartmental activities efficiently*

Qualification:

Bsc-Msc/GNM with Valid KNMC Registration

Should have completed ACLS

Experience :

Min 5 years as Registered Nurse , Supervisory Role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
