MALE CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED

EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM 5 YEARS REQUIRED

LOCATION - AMBALLUR- THRISSUR

ACCOMODATION PROVIDED


Duties & Responsibilities OF DNM :

1.

Clinical Leadership & Patient Care Oversight



o Ensure high standards of nursing and patient care are maintained at all times.

o Conduct regular clinical rounds to monitor care delivery and patient well-being.

o Assess patient needs; collaborate with multidisciplinary team in formulating, reviewing, and updating care plans and risk assessments.

o Oversee medication management -- ordering, storage, administration, documentation.

2.

Staff Management & Supervision



o Supervise nursing and care staff: mentors, performance appraisals, coaching, and development.

o Assist in recruitment, induction, training, and professional schedule of nursing staff.

o Allocate staff / organize the duty roster; ensure proper staffing levels and skill mix.

o Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution within the nursing staff.

3.

Quality Assurance & Compliance



o Ensure compliance with health / safety, infection control, regulatory standards, and internal policies.

o Participate in / lead audits (clinical, documentation, patient safety) and ensure corrective actions.

o Monitor complaints & compliments; ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

4.

Operational & Administrative Duties



o Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records for all nursing activities.

o Participate in budget management: control of supplies / equipment, cost management in nursing operations.

o Help design or revise policies, procedures, guidelines for nursing practice.

5.

Training, Development & Continuous Education



o Identify learning and skill gaps among nursing staff; plan and ensure attendance to CNEs or equivalent training.

o Mentor junior staff; support their professional growth.

o Ensure nursing staff maintain required certifications / registration and follow current best practices.

6.

Communication & Team Coordination



o Serve as a communication bridge between Nursing Manager, staff, other departments, and external caregivers/health professionals.

o Keep staff informed about changes in practice, policies, procedures, and goals.

o Facilitate teamwork; foster positive working environment.

7.

Safety, Risk Management & Patient Advocacy



o Promote patient safety; identify risks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

o Investigate and report incidents / near misses; ensure root cause analysis & corrective action.

o Represent patients' rights: privacy, dignity, and patient-centred care.

8.

Monitoring & Reporting



o Monitor performance metrics: patient outcomes, staff performance, compliance indicators.

o Report to Home Care Operations Manager.

o Track and ensure meeting of targets related to complaints, quality, clinical standards.

9.

Innovation & Improvement



o Suggest and help to implement process improvements in nursing operations.

o Support new projects (e.g. badging/grading, quality initiatives) that improve clinical care or staff satisfaction.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
